Frederik, I had a second round looking at the implementation, and I now feel that it is best for the dynamically created Account.Tax records to not have XML Ids. This will work best to avoid creating duplicate Tax Rates. If you make sure to update the new "Country" field on Account.Tax, the tax creation wizard should be able to keep them. For localization modules proposing mapping to the Chart of Accounts, there are strategies to deal with this. You can use init scripts, use XML files with <function> elements, or even create and run a Server Action. So, personally I'm good with the current design. Thanks Daniel

Hi Community,As you know, a major tax change will be implemented shortly (1st of July) that will affect all EU countries.More info:https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/business/vat/oss_enFor the newest versions, (from V14) Odoo is planning a "kind of solution", but what happens with older versions? Is any European partner working on this?Some of the Spanish partners started this project, and we were wondering if anybody else will do the same.
