I don't think the base OSS engine should do that. The thing is about taxes, not accounts, and as you can see in the rest of Odoo, you don't need to differentiate accounts for getting the different tax fees and bases. It's more the habit of accountants of splitting things into different accounts than the real need.

Is any European partner working on this?Some of the Spanish partners started this project, and we were wondering if anybody else will do the same.
