The XML-ID thing is something that Valentín, Harald and I discussed in the initial kick-off we did, and the `oss_country_id` field is far more versatile for the needed things than going to the XML-ID schema that will feel weird and restricting.

Hi Community,As you know, a major tax change will be implemented shortly (1st of July) that will affect all EU countries.More info:https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/business/vat/oss_enFor the newest versions, (from V14) Odoo is planning a "kind of solution", but what happens with older versions? Is any European partner working on this?Some of the Spanish partners started this project, and we were wondering if anybody else will do the same.
