Setting up a Higher education ERP with Odoo Community version

Good morning, 
I am new to Odoo and would like to learn and set up an ERP with the Odoo community version using the OpenEducate modules. Can anyone help with a guide on how to install an Odoo instance with a cloud service provider?

You could also consider contacting OpenEducat themselves to set up a 
demo instance for you.
