Hi Gabriel,

there are a whole lot of ways to set up Odoo on a VM - there's Odoo's 
Docker image, there's Doodba which is a well-documented Docker method by 
Tecnativa, there's "dob" which is also a Docker method, .. there's also 
a script by Yenthe van Ginneken that some people like to use, ... all of 
which are easily found via your favourite search engine.

You could also consider contacting OpenEducat themselves to set up a 
demo instance for you.
