The problem is that the resources are scarce. If you volunteer for doing this nasty work, then it will release some pressure from the already overloaded board members.

    Hello all,

as i checked the apps.odoo.com it seems that not all branches are pushed 
to Odoo, so it is a known issue or how we can fix it to record all 
repositories and branches?

I checked for v13.0 and on OCA Apps Store there are  approx. 440 but on 
Odoo Apps Store there are only 134.
