In the last years the RMA application has evolved including new interesting features.  We have enhanced the way of creating repairs and repair management. Now it is possible to have more complex routes for RMA flows without the need of creating manual transfers. It also improved the Lots and packages managements and added the possibility of scrapping products directly from the RMA. On the repairs application there is a new set of OCA modules that allow users to better classify the repairs and trace the progress done during the repair. This is a functional task in Odoo 16 with a demo.
